St-Louis Blues GM, called the paving company to lay some fresh asphalt for his long road to the cup this season! "I am proud to announce that we have signed an amazing defenceman, Jake Muzzin to a 3 year contract worth $8,960,000. I think that Jake will bring some leadership and some great value at the blue line" he mentioned. "I am very proud to have Jake join our organization" Lauzon said.
After the first lane of fresh asphalt was completed, GM Lauzon also was able to secure another strong signing in the crease in which he decided only during the last couple days that he would try and persue another star goaltender to bring up the chances on his new fresh road to the cup. " I am happy to announce the signing of another star goaltender Frederik Andersen to a 3 year contract worth $8,400,000 per year". "I am extremely excited to have Frederik Andersen join our organization, his experience and talent will definetly help our other goaltender Elvis Merzlikins to build some confidence and experience for the next 3 years". " This season we will start with alternating the roles of starting goaltender between Andersen and Merzlikins, and once we make the playoffs we will focus on a more strategic game plan" Lauzon said.
GM Lauzon also mentioned that he is not done with Free Agency, as he is working on a deal to send Goaltender Mikko Koskinen to the Metro Division to free up some room on another potential signing for either another defenceman or top 6 forward.
"Now lets let the rollers finish my fresh road of asphalt to perfection and ill see you guys in the playoffs".
