Panthers hire Bruce Boudreau, fire Julien

The Florida Panthers are proud to announce that they've reached a contract agreement with Bruce Boudreau to become their next Head Coach. Bruce will bring a fresh outlook to the team, that has struggled over the last few years, but they are on the verge of turning things around. Leadership is the new coach’s biggest asset, which will hopefully provide positive results for the Panthers. Former Florida HC Claude Julien was in the last years of his contract and management wasn't going to offer him a new deal, so they decided to let him go and hire Boudreau. In addition to being a great Coach, Boudreau appeared in the best movie of all time "Slap Shot"!
