Jenner gets an "A"

Oilers GM Ramsey has given Boone Jenner the "A" . Since moving Fowler, the second spot for an Assistant Captain has been vacant, until today. Jenner with his leadership qualities, was a no Brainer. We're hoping with the added responsibility and honor of wearing an "A" on his chest, that Jenner will find his near 1 point a game, game he had while in Boston his first 20 games this season. So far he hasn't even found half that since coming to Edmonton. Jenner is a pro, and even the best of us, sometimes it takes awhile to settle in. The whole team has been playing mediocre. Nevertheless, Jenner is a leader and the right man for the job.
