Pheonix copley came in and completely stole the show again for a team that is on a fairy tail sort of season... The power play once again fires at a high clip( 50%) putting the team at a 23 % seasonal power play. Adam fantilli put out a strong effort with 2 goals . 

When asked about his team by Resident leaf degen Steveb Real gm Gaudreault had this to say: " It's a weird sensation to see the fruits of your labor bud. Alot of thought went into the composition of this team . Pundits have us as an outlier in the simulation that is life , but I think what we are proving to teams day in and out is that we are constantly improving. Our backup had a hell of a game. Letang who's been on. An absolute heater was held off the score sheet. This goes to show how deep our team is . We have a difficult couple of games coming up , and we will be tested." 

When asked if the team is looking to add : " We're always in some form of discussions with the other GMS of the league. It's such a vibrant league it makes these types of discussions easy. Ideally we'd like to add a younger rfa winger with high scoring ability. We have some pieces we could float around but are certainly looking for the right fit. "

The leafs are back in action on Saturday when they take on the 8-1-0 Flyers. Be sure to tune in for what will certainly be a disappointment for one of these gms....
