The State of Beantown

9/22/2023 • Nathan Bon-Bernard

The Bruins made the ECF this past season proving the doubters wrong once again. And while the season was considered a success it wasn't enough.

To the shock of no one in this league the Bruins continued to do what they've always done and made a ton of trades during the offseason. While some might question why the Bruins choose to go this route, for the team and it's GM it works. Some GMs are the patient type Bostons GM is not!

The Bruins weren't too busy in Free Agency this year but added 2 key pieces in Bryan Rust and MacKenzie Weegar, both will take prominent roles in special teams and the Bruins management are hoping they will produce and help the Bruins have another successful regular season!

As the season approaches it appears the roster is set for the start of the regular season, whether it'll stay in its current form is somewhat questionable but the GM of the Bruins feels like they have a strong team that'll compete for the division title in the weak Atlantic division!

These are what the lines will be going into the season as it stands right now and the Bruins are a team that shouldn't be taken lightly (even though they already have been)
