The long rumored Matt Duchene deal finally came to fruition as he was shipped off the the Devils without any retention for Victor Rask, Edm 1, NJ 4.

Rask fits a roster spot, and is turning into a useful NHLer (Willing to retain up to 1.9m on his contract), while the Edmonton 1st and NJ 4th continue to add to our arsenal of picks.
